provider, we know there are many things that influence your
decision. While price is most likely atop the list of
things to consider, it means nothing if an entertainment

registered business?
• Does your entertainment provider
return your phone calls and/or E-Mails promptly?
• Does your entertainment provider
offer to meet with you in person if possible?
• Does your entertainment provider
have a substantial list of references and testimonials?
• Does your entertainment provider
have an overall professional demeanor about them?
II. Experience

Are you getting an entertainer, or just a D.J. who plays
music? There's a
huge difference!
• Will your entertainment provider
coordinate things throughout your event so that
you don't need to
worry about them? (Announcements, Toasts, Etc.)
• How many events does your
entertainer do annually?

Equipment

Does your entertainer have backup equipment in case of an
emergency?
• Does your entertainer have
professional grade sound and light equipment?
• Is the equipment your
entertainment provider has safe? Unstable lights or
speakers

Are you guaranteed the variety of music you requested to be
played?
